About translation: you can make a copy of any section in "TCTorrent.lng", and translate it. It's in form: <english sentence>=<translated sentence>. Please make it in 2 forms - ANSI and Unicode: now language file using ANSI, but will be changed to unicode in next versions.

Проблема, похоже, та же, что сообщал CaptainFlint в предыдущем посте. На самом деле не факт, что удастся это полностью решить для торрентов с кривой кодировкой. В общем надо разбираться, но пока времени нет вообще.
